• 1 (3.4 oz) box pistachio instant pudding mix
• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
• 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
• 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
• Chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (including the juice). Stir until well blended.
